►SMALL HATS: Measure approx. 3-3/4" Tall x 2-3/4" round and best fit for
small pet’s such as Chihuahua, Yorkie, Shih Tzu and Pug.
►LARGE HATS: Measure approx. 5 inches Tall x 3-1/2" round and fit’s larger
pet’s such as Labrador, Golden, Boxer and other large breeds.
►X-LARGE HATS: Measure approx. 6-1/2" Tall x 4-1/2" round and best fit for
giant breeds such as Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Newfoundland and Adults.
NOTE: The adjustable elastic strap is securely sewn into the hat
and is generous. If the strap fits loose, simply use the cord lock stopper
to adjust for a better fit. Note: Strap and cord lock colors vary depending
upon the hat design and elastic availability. Cord locks only available
in white or black.

Yes. RUSH processing upgrade is available at check-out for some items and this option will push your order to the top of the order queue and ship within 1-2 business days. NOTE! that this DOES NOT include the days it takes for the post office to ship the package to you, only the days it takes for production of your item. Rush items are shipped USPS Priority mail. Please note that once the package leaves my hands--I DO NOT-- guarantee a delivery date, that is totally up to the post office. I do not refund for any reason if the post office delivers your package late. NOTE: Etsy DOES NOT display processing time with the Rush upgrade accurately. There are a few times when my rush option is not available.
SIZING: stated in a product listing are "approximate". If you have a question regarding size, please contact me prior to placing your order so we can discuss your best option.
MATERIALS: I work extremely hard to produce products that look exactly the same as the photo represents. On occasion, a supplier may change a pattern or color lot, but I do my best to match accordingly.
Colors can look different from monitor to monitor so if exact color is a
concern for you then please contact me before ordering to discuss the details. If a material is out of stock I will substitute with something comparable in order to ship you a quality product. If I cannot find a
substitute I will contact you prior to production of the item.
All items are handmade to order and processed in the order received.
Order processing estimates are available with each item purchased both in the item listing & when you check out. I do my best to ship in a timely manner and in most cases ship several days before the deadline. PLEASE unless you pay for Rush processing, your order will ship as advertised or sooner. PLEASE RESPECT my processing time estimates, I take pride in my work and treat each order with love, care and detail.
Because much of my business is embroidery related, machine breakdowns can and do occur. If there is a problem and I cannot make the estimated ship deadline, I will contact you.
Please let us know right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet we are happy to update the address. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do. There is no way to re-route the package. You will either need to wait until the package is returned to us so that it can be re-shipped to your correct address (customer pays to have item re-shipped) or you will need to reorder the product. We are NOT responsible for addresses listed incorrectly, it is your responsibility to make sure your package address is correct prior to placement of your order.

In short, yes. Some items cannot be customized depending upon the materials or embroidery design. The best bet is to message me with your request and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I do not charge for many things as it pertains to customization such
as color providing it is in stock. This includes changing the color of ribbon, felt, fabric or thread etc.
EMBROIDERY DESIGNS other then what is offered on a listing such as a name or number will incur an additional cost depending upon the complexity of the design. Customization on embroidery designs start at $5 and up, this cost will be listed as a custom listing based upon your direction.
Because of hygiene reasons and the nature of the items I provide, we do not accept any returns unless you have received an item that has been made in error on our part. I do not accept returns under any circumstance for items considered late delivery by USPS.
All sizes and details are listed in each listing and we feel it is the customer's responsibility to read the item details prior to making a purchase. If you have a question regarding size, delivery date etc. by all means PLEASE convo me prior to your purchase so I can help you decide what is the best fit for the product you are purchasing.
